Gray hair is a milestone that many people look at with awe. While some see it as a proof of wisdom and status, others see it as simply a marker of old age. Because gray hair is so culturally significant, there are several myths out there about how it seems, can be treated, and also how it is spread. Fortunately, most of these are false myths.

There are a variety of treatments that you can use to cover up gray hairs, but if you have gray hair in patches, or are afraid of toxic chemicals in the dyeing, not be guided by the myth that permanent color is the only thing that works. Spot treatments, natural color, and some herbal remedies can help them with gray hair in a traditional phase, or those who just do not like the idea of permanent dye.
