Word from the wise: When purchasing a new hair product, do you research first. I was just about to demolish this products reputation until I realized what I thought it's intended purpose was. I was terribly wrong.
While searching for a photo to accompany this rant, I noticed that Bumble and Bumble. Styling Creme was categorized under mousse. Confusing? Yes, considering I was using it as an all-encompassing leave-in, meant to do it all.(Buzzer sounds).
It is actually a creamy version of mousse, and works best layered with other Bb. products, such as the Leave-in, the Prep or the Grooming Cream. The only way I figured this out was by looking at the ingredients and seeing that there were more similarities with regular mousses of differing brands.
Strangely enough, finding this out still didn't change the fact that Bb. Styling Creme left my hair and a slew of countless others with dry, crunchy locks. I kept using it and using it, hoping the creme would moisturize. In the end, my hair just kept getting crunchier and dryer, resembling a stiff Poodle's mane. Then, I tried using with the Thickening Spray... well, both together made the worse combo. My roots had become as hard as a 60's Bouffant or Beehive. I wouldn't have been surprised if bees didn't start nesting in my scalp. Sad, sad, little head. Sad, sad little product.
But, hey! If you want the remnants of the bottle I'll sell them both to ya for $8 (s/h not included).
